収穫後に渋抜き処理をすることで、果肉はやわらか、ジューシーな甘さのある柿になります。渋抜き処理をしても、渋味成分であるカキタンニンは無くなっていないので、栄養豊富です。
四角く角ばった形は見た目も美しく贈答用にもお使いいただけます。
